„The hotel’s reception is just on the right after coming out from the boat station. The staff can speak really good english and our luggage was allowed to be keep for free before check in time which is really helpful for us to stroll around before check in time. There are 3 buildings of the hotel in Hallstatt which can be accessed by walking, unfortunately our room is not the main building which we need to walk around5-10mins. But the staff helped us to carry our heavy luggage to our room during check in and check out which is really great and I appreciate their service. The breakfast is also really tasty with assorted food! Overall a nice hotel if you’re planning to stay in Hallstatt!”

Except there’s a mirror and a kettle with tea coffee option, which is a must for the cold near the lake.”

„Very nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort. However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course. It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all. I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution.”
