I stayed at Lisiman Xinsu in Shangri-La for 2 days, and it was a truly memorable experience. Despite the rainy weather, the views were still incredibly beautiful — misty mountains and lush greenery that made the whole place feel serene and magical. The service was excellent; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of the stay was the ******* photography experience — it was such a fun and unique way to immerse ourselves in the local culture and take home some amazing memories. The property also had lots of adorable animals roaming around, which added a lovely charm and made the stay even more delightful, especially for animal lovers. Overall, Lisiman Xinsu offers a peaceful retreat with a great balance of natural beauty, cultural experience, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Shangri-La!

We booked this hotel mainly for the beautiful view, and so far we’re very satisfied with everything! What we saw in the photos matched exactly what we got during our stay. The receptionist could speak English and was very helpful and welcoming. One of the best parts is that the hotel offers laundry facilities, which made things super convenient for us. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our stay here!

My experience staying at this hotel is very good. I would say their service is really good and during my stay, all my request and necessities has been fulfilled. They even provide warm drinks at night. They provide free pickup from the station and even sent my family to my next hotel. The environment and view in this hotel is indescribable, it is very pretty yet calming. The room is very clean and spacious. All the animals their are also very cute and friendly. My family had a really good stay here and would recommend this hotel to our friends and families. If ever I went to Shangri-La again, I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Lovely place to end off our trip. As the last accommodation, it's really one of the best. We took the time to immerse in the environment and enjoy the moment, be it strolling across the grassland or petting the animals. The photography session is a bonus too. Staff here are very accommodating and provided pick up from the ancient city bus station.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying one night at LISIMAN 丽思漫丨心宿·穹庐四野供氧庄园（香格里拉店）, and honestly, words alone cannot do this place justice. Surrounded by majestic mountains, wide open grasslands, and freely roaming animals, the setting is nothing short of breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff (unfortunately, we didn’t catch their names after our long journey). Their hospitality was genuine and thoughtful — they introduced the room facilities thoroughly and even took the time to check in on our travel plans, offering to arrange transport to Shangri-La Railway Station the next morning for our onward journey to Kunming. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the panoramic view from our room was simply stunning — lush green grasslands dotted with horses and cows as far as the eye could see. There was even a charming little white pony on the premises that made our hearts melt — so cute and incredibly friendly. The hotel also provided laundry service and an inviting high-tea session. Breakfast the next morning was a delightful spread featuring hearty local dishes, a lovely way to end our short but memorable stay. If time had allowed, we would’ve stayed much longer. This place is a rare gem — serene, soulful, and truly rejuvenating. We will definitely return. Until then, our warmest thanks to the entire team for making our stay so special.
